Interior Monologue # 4 - Kurama: Kurama, Suichi, or Yoko?

Interior Monologue - Kurama: Kurama, Suichi, or Yoko?
Another interesting character in Yu Yu Hakusho is Kurama (the basic analysis video doesn’t talk about him at all).  What makes his character interesting is the fact that he has both a demon form, called Yoko Kurama, and a human form, called Suichi or just Kurama, starting as a demon, then having a new life in his human form.  This conflict is seen in the video before the character analysis assignment, and the video after the character analysis assignment demonstrates the power of his human form.
In video before the character analysis assignment, we see part of Yusuke dealing with Kurama on his first case of stopping him.  Kurama has agreed to help Hiei in this case of stealing items from Spirit World because he knows one of these items can save his mother.  Even though he started life as a demon, which is why he was part of the Demon World Tournament, he chooses to remain as a human when he only planned to do that until he recovered in order to save his human mother when she fell ill (Suichi is the name that she has given him - everyone else knows him as Kurama).   Yusuke doesn’t understand why Kurama would do this, and let him know, but Kurama says he feels guilty about it, thinking that this illness is his fault, and that he wanted to let someone know this (and this someone might as well be the one trying to stop him so he knows what’s going on).  With the item that Kurama steals, he plans to give up his life in order to save his mother, but Yusuke prevents this from happening by offering his life instead of Kurama’s, which saves both of them, as well as Kurama’s mother.  It seems that Kurama is meant to be a human due to his way of thinking.
However, Kurama also needs the power he has in his demon form in order to be strong enough to beat his opponents.  This is the case for his last fight in the Dark Tournament, fighting Sensui, and to be strong enough for the Demon World Tournament, which is when he decides to not rely on/use his demon form in order to remain in his human form and life.  Other demons, like Hiei, may not agree with this, and prefer his demon form, even if he’s still useful in his human form, but I think his human form is good enough, which I show an example of after the Character Analysis Assignment (and one of Hiei and Kurama).
Character Analysis Assignment - Write an interior monologue of Kurama debating between using his demon form and human form, which is explained better in the following video:
